Sodexo says leaves Russian market, cedes business to management

MOSCOW, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- France's corporate catering and services provider Sodexo is leaving Russia and ceding ownership to the local managers, the company said in a statement on Thursday.

"Sodexo stops its activities in Russia, which represent less than 1% of Group’s revenues. Sodexo transferred ownership of its activities in the country to the local management who will continue operations in Russia via an independent firm and brand," the company said.
